Application:
1. Battery: acetylene carbon black has good conductivity and is widely used in battery manufacturing.
2. Lead acid battery, lithium battery, lithium ion battery, etc. The particle size of acetylene carbon black is at the middle level, the structure is very high, and the ash and volatile content are very low, so the resistivity is very low. Special acetylene carbon black for battery can improve the energy storage time of battery and prolong its service life. The conductive carbon black (35-40nm) produced by acetylene pyrolysis at high temperature usually refers to the high-performance carbon black prepared by making acetylene from calcium carbide, isolating the purified acetylene gas from the air at high temperature for thermal cracking, cooling and collecting, commonly known as acetylene carbon black (ACET). Acetylene carbon black can be regarded as a kind of superconducting carbon black. Compared with oil furnace conductive carbon black, acetylene carbon black can reduce the loss of specific capacity of lithium battery.
3. Conductive and anti-static rubber, silica gel, plastic and cable shielding materials. As a functional high conductive filler, conductive carbon black is mainly used in conductive and anti-static coatings, plastics, rubber, adhesives, inks, battery materials, cable shielding materials, etc. It is widely used in the fields of conduction, electromagnetic shielding and anti-static in various industrial departments such as electronics, electromechanical, communication, printing, aerospace, weapons and so on.
4. Special tire and tire capsule. Acetylene carbon black can be used for reinforcement and heat conduction in tires. The vulcanizate reinforced with acetylene carbon black has high constant elongation strength and hardness and good physical properties.
5. Electromagnetic wave insulation and gas dispersion electrode, catalyst material, microwave absorbing material. Microwave absorbing material is mainly composed of absorbing agent and matrix material. According to the working principle of the absorbing material, the absorbing capacity of the absorbing material is closely related to the absorbing capacity of the absorbent. Acetylene carbon black is an inorganic microwave absorbing material with electrical loss and has good microwave absorbing function.
