Building a "capital of computing power" has obvious advantages
The digital economy has become an important driving force for Chinese-style modernization. The development of digital industrialization and industrial digital transformation cannot be separated from the strong support of computing resources, and the digital economy has entered a new era with computing power as the core productivity. According to reports, since March 2023, Baidu, Huawei, Ali, SenseTime, iFlytek and other technology giants have launched their own AI large models, as of July 2023, China has released more than 130 large models. The intelligent computing power required by AI large models is different from the general computing power of a large number of previous layouts, and the current intelligent computing center has become a scarce resource for the development of AI business of large model manufacturers. The development of computing power has become the general trend in the era of digital economy, and the construction of computing power industry is the only way for all places to seize opportunities.
Make every effort to build the whole industrial chain of computing power
It is understood that up to now, Yinchuan City has built a number of smart Yinchuan Big data center (Phase I), China Mobile Yuehai Dispatch Center, Tongxin Road IDC room and other city-level and industry-level data centers that carry Internet data services, smart city operations, and the core business of large enterprises. 5G base stations achieve deep coverage of the main urban area, continuous coverage of the county seat, and key coverage of townships and administrative villages, in addition, the linear distance between Yinchuan and major cities in the country is within 2,000 kilometers. The perfect infrastructure, coupled with the advantages of short distance and low cost of data exchange across the country, can largely meet the requirements of customers on network coverage, network latency and operating costs.
Yinchuan currently has more than 20 key digital economy enterprises, mainly distributed in the three major network operators, electronic technology, information technology services. Yinchuan Zhongguancun Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology Park, Yinchuan Digital Economy Industrial Park, Yinchuan Yuehai Central Business District, Helan Industrial Park, Ningxia Water Network digital water Management Industrial Park, five autonomous regional-level digital economy demonstration parks have been cultivated and approved as the first national information consumption demonstration city in Northwest China. In the field of agriculture, the city's 70 large-scale dairy farms, 28 large-scale poultry farms and 56 agricultural industrial parks with facilities of more than 1,000 mu and more than 2 million mu realize the scale deployment and application of iot smart agricultural systems. In the industrial field, more than 40 autonomous region-level digital workshops and smart factories have been created, 55 industrial Internet platforms, and 300 cloud-based enterprises have been established. In the service sector, China (Yinchuan) cross-border e-commerce Comprehensive Pilot Zone has been approved, and a total of 475 cross-border e-commerce enterprises have landed.
