Gu Yuxiang (Ningxia) Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. is registered in the E-commerce Poverty Alleviation Incubator Park, Minning Town, Ningxia. The project is led by the Ningxia Guangdong Chamber of Commerce. The main business direction of the company is the deep-processed products of original ecological coarse grains. At present, Gu Yuxiang has established three enterprises, of which Gu Yuxiang Agricultural Development Company is mainly responsible for brand building and market promotion; Gu Yuxiang Biotechnology Development Company is mainly responsible for product development and production, and the company invested 64.33 acres in Minning Town Poverty Alleviation Industrial Park. Modern office, R&D and production base; Gu Yuxiang (Shan Gu Fang) Catering Management Company is mainly responsible for the central kitchen and chain operation of Gu Yuxiang coarse grain noodle restaurant (healthy restaurant).  

     In 2002, at the Lajia archaeological site in Minhe County, Qinghai, a bowl of coarse-grain noodles from 3900 years ago was discovered. This is the earliest noodles of mankind so far. There are myths and legends (Vulcan Zhurong defeated the water gods for the protection of the tribe. The common people wished for their thanksgiving and offered precious whole grain noodles as a tribute), which is a shining mark of Chinese civilization. Inspired by this incident, the founder of "Gu Yuxiang" comprehended and summarized two sentences: the essence of Gu Yun Tiandi, the rich flavors and fragrance. It means: whole grains contain the essence of heaven, earth, sun and moon, taste the tastes of the world, and the most long-lasting fragrance is still whole grains. "Gu Yuxiang" was born.
