Product Description
Crushed electrode paste is produced by crushing qualified finished electrode paste with professional crushers, followed by a screening process to classify it into different particle sizes, ensuring compliance with established process requirements. The crushed electrode paste is regularly added to the electrode shell, and under the action of high temperature in the furnace, it gradually softens and melts. During this process, volatile components are released and calcination is completed, ultimately forming a carbon electrode with excellent electrical conductivity that meets the core requirement of conducting large electric currents in electric furnaces.
