Cold Ramming Paste is a cathode paste that can be directly built at room temperature of 8°C to 25°C. It is made of anthracite, metallurgical coke and graphite chips as the aggregate, and the binder is a mixture of low softening point bitumen and coal tar.This material belongs to the carbon material used in aluminum electrolysis, which is mainly used to fill the gaps of cathode carbon blocks in industrial kilns such as aluminum electrolysis cells and iron smelting blast furnaces.The construction does not require heating and there is no asphaltene smoke nuisance.
