Other CategoriesOn December 7, the 2020 Ningxia, China-South Chungcheongnam-do Outstanding Enterprises and Products Online Fair was successfully held. This online conference is hosted by the Foreign Affairs Office of the People’s Government of the Autonomous Region, supported by the Department of Commerce of the Autonomous Region, and undertaken by the Ningxia e-foreign trade digital trade platform (Ningxia Trade and Trade Comprehensive Foreign Trade Service Platform), the Autonomous Region’s Foreign Affairs Office, the Autonomous Region Department of Commerce, Zhongning County Government, Yinchuan Relevant leaders of the Municipal Foreign Affairs Office attended the opening ceremony of the fair. Representatives from the Planning and Economics Committee, Economic Office, International Trade Division of Chungcheongnam-do Parliament, as well as 29 companies from Chungcheongnam-do and 18 companies from our district participated in the fair. During this period, representatives of Zhongning County and Cheongyang County of Chungcheongnam-do signed the "Goji Industry Cooperation Agreement" online.
As Ningxia's e-foreign trade digital trading platform, this conference organized for the first time the enterprises in our district and overseas businesses to carry out online economic and trade docking, highlighting demand orientation and precise matching. As early as two months ago, the two parties began to investigate the negotiating companies, collecting demand information and willingness to cooperate, and matching with each other’s corporate information to ensure that the negotiating companies’ business is related, their advantages are complementary, and the cooperation is effective. At the fair, business representatives from both parties directly entered the online negotiation room to have "face-to-face" exchanges with pre-matched negotiation partners, taking into account privacy and timeliness. In addition to fixed negotiation partners, companies can also randomly search for negotiation partners and start negotiations at any time. Although separated by thousands of miles, the companies of both sides have active online exchanges and in-depth communication, and reached a preliminary consensus on the import and export trade of food and cosmetics, making the fair truly an effective platform for mutual exchange and win-win cooperation.
The Ningxia e foreign trade digital trade platform was officially launched on October 16 this year. It is a digital trade platform with localized characteristics in our region. The platform uses 5G, Web3D, VR/ Modern information technologies such as AR and big data provide foreign trade companies with services such as overseas promotion and promotion, online exhibitions, live broadcasting, online negotiations, and online orders. Since its launch, 388 product information in 8 categories of 158 companies in our district have been collected and launched in 7 languages. The platform is currently in good condition. The platform actively connects with relevant departments and foreign buyers, takes the initiative to find business opportunities, and accurately promotes various product information in our region overseas in the form of "point-to-point" advertising, and helps our foreign trade companies to open up markets.
Facing the impact of the epidemic in the future for a long period of time, the Ningxia e foreign trade digital trade platform will further strengthen coordination and cooperation with various relevant departments and enterprises, actively play the platform functions and resource advantages, and use the good experience and good The practice is replicated in the exchange activities with other countries and regions, continuously expanding the scope of online activities, enriching the content of activities, and innovating communication methods, making "e foreign trade" a new driving force for the development of foreign trade in our region in the "post-epidemic era".
