Second, the sound industrial foundation has enhanced the supporting force for the development of the digital economy. It has built the first batch of "10,000 card level" intelligent computing bases in the country, and its intelligent computing capacity is leading in the country. It has built the first batch of artificial intelligence chip adaptation bases in the country, which can provide testing and verification services for domestic chips. Data center standard racks grew 37 percent last year.
Third, rich application scenarios have enhanced the driving force for the development of the digital economy. Ningxia has built a smart education platform for the whole region, which can allow the majority of urban and rural students to have a high-quality class and realize the dream of famous schools for children in mountainous areas. Ningxia opened a remote digital diagnosis and treatment center, which can allow the masses to connect experts from all over the country at their doorstep, and realize people's medical treatment in Ningxia and the whole country. It has taken the lead in realizing the full coverage of e-commerce into rural areas, released large artificial intelligence models in medical health, safety production and other fields, and is accelerating the formation of a computing ecology.
In the next step, Ningxia will take extraordinary measures to support extraordinary industries and achieve extraordinary development, and make every effort to build "the capital of China's computing power" and contribute more Ningxia's strength to the construction of digital China.
