Ningxia Heque Peak Winery Co., Ltd. is located in Yuquanying, the core wine producing area at the east foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia. At present, it is the only large-scale winery in China to produce dry and noble rotten wine. The winery has a vineyard of 1000 mu, planted with marseilland, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Sauvignon and other characteristic varieties of wine grapes. The winery has an annual output of 100 tons of high-grade wine, including 70 tons of dry series wine and 30 tons of expensive rotten red wine.

The wine producing area at the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia is located at 105 east longitude ° 45′39″—106 ° 27 ′ 35 ″, 37 n ° 43′00″—39 ° It is close to Helan Mountain in the West and the Yellow River in the East. Mountains and rivers embrace each other, forming a North-South Corridor of mountains and rivers! It is recognized by the industry that it is one of the most suitable areas for planting wine grapes and brewing fine wine in the world. In 2003, the wine producing area in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain in Ningxia was designated as the national geographical indication product protection area.
The main climate characteristics are: four distinct seasons, late spring and short summer, early autumn and long winter, large temperature difference between day and night, which is conducive to the accumulation of glucose, rare rain and snow, strong evaporation, and dry climate, resulting in continuous downward development of grape root system and full absorption of trace elements. The annual average temperature is about 8.5 ℃ and the annual average sunshine hours is 2800-3000 hours. It is one of the areas with the most solar radiation and sunshine hours in China.
The soil in the wine grape production area in the eastern foot of Helan Mountain is mainly gravel lime soil, which is conducive to the growth of grape root system, and the grape fruit gets the characteristic flavor, which can produce high-quality wine grape raw materials.
