In order to make world-class wines, in 2013, Helanshen International Winery hired the well-known French wine master Steve as the chief winemaking consultant to check and guide the company's winemaking process. Steve, a core member of the famous French winemaking technology team OENOTEAM, provides technical information and support for many famous estates in Saint-Emilion and Pomerol, and is very well-known in France, especially in Bordeaux industry. The winemaking technology laboratory owned by the team is the most professional laboratory in the industry.
