The performance and application of guanidine hydrochloride in Hua RuIda Chemical:

1. It is a product made of dicyandiamide and ammonia chloride as the main raw materials, with white or light yellow lumps in appearance.

2. It is used as an intermediate of pharmaceutical organic compounds. It is an important raw material for the manufacture of sulfa drugs, folic acid, sulfadiazine, sulfamethazine, and sulfamethazine. In addition, it is used as a strong denaturant in the experiment of extracting total cell RNA . The guanidine hydrochloride solution can dissolve proteins, leading to cell structure destruction, nuclear protein secondary structure destruction, dissociation from nucleic acids, and RNase can be inactivated by reducing agents such as guanidine hydrochloride.

3. Industrial grade guanidine hydrochloride and industrial grade 60% guanidine hydrochloride aqueous solution are intermediates for the manufacture of pesticides, dyes and other organic compounds, and can also be used as antistatic agents for synthetic fibers.
