The ball type differential air shaft controls the expansion by air pressure,usually the friction shaft is equipped with three flat bladders, and the flat airbag uses imported rubber materials, so it is largely help for product quality. The specifications of slip shaft bladders are mainly divided into two types: 15mm*1.5mm, 20mm*1.5mm, while their width is fixed, and the thickness may vary according to different manufacturers. Therefore,one of the most important part of differential shaft is the flat bladder, because in the case of high-speed friction, the flat bladders of slip shaft needs to withstand high temperature, etc., so the requirements for flat bladders are very high.
Through the air pressure expansion and the balls on the differential air shaft, the sliding shaft winds up the materials, and during the operation, tension can be adjusted by the air pressure,and webs & coils can achieve a very neat effect, so generally on the slitting machines, if the customer needs to install the differential shaft, then no additional tension control is needed, because the slip shaft can balance the tension adjustment during winding. In addition, the product characteristics of the slip shaft are simple structure, convenient use, and work widely.
