In the smelting of iron and steel products, carbon content will drop below the expected theoretical value because of smelting time, insulation time, overheating time and other factors. In order to make up for the carbon content loss, we add carbon substance called Carbon Raiser into molten iron.
The Carbon Raiser can not only make up for the carbon burning loss in the smelting process, but also can be used for post-furnace adjustment， which can meet the requirements of carbon content for the specific grade of carbon content in the steel. As an important raw material of molten iron in induction electric furnace, the quality of carbon raiser and how-to-use affect the state of molten iron directly.
