Pancliphos super high temperature resistant phytase
Phenylphos is a brand-new phytase developed by Yizheng Biotechnology through cooperation with top European bioengineering companies and relying on the provincial enzyme engineering research center. Through the analysis of the structure and sequence of phytase molecules, the use of modern molecular biology methods to make further molecular transformations of thermotolerant bacteria has greatly improved the thermal stability and biological efficiency of phytase. After a large number of mutants were screened, a high-yield thermostable phytase production strain was finally obtained.

A 85℃ water bath temperature resistance is obviously higher than similar products;
At present, the recommended temperature resistance testing methods for similar products in the market include the damp heat method, the granulation method, and the water bath method. The first two methods are affected by factors such as the contact surface of enzyme molecules, enzyme activity inhibitor promoters, and total enzyme content. The true temperature resistance of the enzyme preparation is measured. The water bath method allows the enzyme preparation to fully contact the heat source and is not interfered by other factors, so it is the most accurate. The previously recommended water bath evaluation temperature is 75℃, but the common conditioning temperature of livestock and poultry pellet feed is 80℃-85℃ or higher. It is worth noting that phytase may directly interact with high-temperature steam during conditioning. Therefore, it is of no practical production significance to evaluate the retention rate at 75°C. Our recommended granulation temperature is 85 degrees for 5 minutes, which truly tests the temperature resistance of the enzyme preparation itself.
