It breaks the technical barriers of developed countries, and its products are exported to 51 countries and regions including Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
The company's independent research and development has formed 11 invention and utility model patents such as "low noise tire pattern" and "low rolling resistance and low noise all-steel radial wide tire". And completed the new technology application of "constant temperature mixing" and "tandem type internal mixing", "compulsory pressure outlet type opening type", "secondary molding" and "transformation from two supercharging to direct high pressure vulcanization". It has successively declared "Ningxia Shenzhou Tire Innovation Technology Center", "High-performance Radial Tire Development Laboratory Project", "Green, Environmentally Friendly, High-performance Radial Tire R&D Innovation Team", "Low Rolling Resistance and Low Noise All-steel Radial Wide Base Tires" "Research and development" and other projects.
The company is currently building a second annual production of 2.4 million sets of all-steel radial tires, an annual output of 100,000 tons of steel cord production base, 80,000 tons of carbon black production base, building a tire, rubber production and processing industrial park in Thailand, the maximum Stabilize the quality of raw materials, reduce tire production costs, and realize the cyclic development of the tire industry!
