Business scope: In the process of smelting steel products, the carbon increase in the smelting loss of carbon in the molten iron is often increased due to factors such as long smelting time, insulation time, and overheating time, resulting in a decrease in the carbon content in the molten iron, which leads to the carbon content in the molten iron failing to reach the theoretical value expected for refining. Carbon-containing substances added to make up for the carbon content lost during the smelting of steel are called recarburizers. Coal-based activated carbon is an activated carbon formed by grinding, molding, carbonization, and activation of coal as raw material. It is a porous material obtained by carbonizing and activating carbon-containing materials. Graphite recarburizer refers to a carbon product whose molecular structure is changed by high temperature or other means, and arranged in a regular pattern. In this molecular arrangement, the molecular spacing of carbon is wider.
