Ningxia Xingtian Modern Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. was registered at Helan County Administration for Industry and Commerce in November 2017 with a registered capital of 3 million yuan. The business scope includes agricultural planting and sales; aquaculture and sales, procurement, processing, distribution, storage, transportation, and sales of agricultural products, supply and sales of agricultural production materials, information consulting services, e-commerce, labor services, import and export of agricultural products, agency import and export, and agricultural recreation and sightseeing tourism.

Currently, the company focuses on vegetable cultivation, production and processing, cold chain storage and transportation, and order-based sales. It adheres to the business philosophy of "standardization, industrialization, branding, and internationalization," and carries out the business of introducing varieties, factory nursery, order-based planting, technical service and quality supervision based on the principles of greenness, healthiness, high quality and prosperity of the people. By adopting a cooperative model of "core enterprise + industrial consortium + cooperative + farmers," it has developed a new type of agricultural industrialization operation model that features scaled production, intensive land use, modernized production management, and order-based product sales, achieving full coverage of high-standard farmland construction and a comprehensive agricultural product quality and safety system. By 2022, the company had established six planting bases in Helan County Longyuan Village, Tiedong Village, Forty Mile Store Village, Zhangliang Village, Lanfeng Village, Xuguang Village, etc., with a total area of 6,140 acres, of which 300 acres are 190 buildings for facility agriculture. At the same time drive the neighbouring farmers to plant vegetables nearly 10,800 acres. The main open-field planting varieties include capsicum annuum var. longum, broccoli, tomato, coriander, cabbage, and radish, while the greenhouses primarily plant cherries, coiled jujubes, cucumbers, zucchinis, and baby Chinese cabbages. In 2022, the company produced and purchased over 51,000 tons of vegetables, with an output value of 60.07 million yuan.

While focusing on production, the company actively builds export windows and expands sales channels. It has established stable supply and sales cooperation relationships with vegetable wholesale market customers in first-tier cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and provinces like Hainan, Fujian, and Sichuan, docking 27 sales stalls. In 2022, the company processed and sold nearly 47,000 tons of various vegetables, with sales revenue of 57.06 million yuan.

To meet the sorting, processing, packaging, and refrigeration and other supporting facilities needs for vegetable exports, the company has invested over 200 million yuan to construct high-quality agricultural product collection and distribution centers, ice-making factories, and box-making factories in Longyuan Village and Zhangliang Village of Helan County. Among them, a cold storage of 3,413m2 (with a capacity of 8,345m3) was built in Longyuan Village; Zhangliang Village has a 5,000m2 cold chain storage service area (with a capacity of 23,200m3), a 5,000m2 sorting and processing service area, a 5,000m2 trading and distribution service area, a 5,000m2 industrial supporting service area, as well as a digital agricultural application management service center, an inspection and dispatch service center, an e-commerce and supply chain collaborative service center, and a training and standardization management service center (the "four areas and four centers"). The company's ice-making factory produces 30 million ice bottles and 18,000 tons of ice and crushed ice per year, meeting over 85% of the ice demand for agricultural and sideline products in Helan County and its surrounding areas. This has actively promoted the construction of the local cold chain logistics system, improved the quality and safety level of agricultural products, reduced losses in the logistics stages of picking, transportation, and storage, perfected the industrial chain, expanded the scale of vegetable trading and distribution, increased the benefits of agricultural land use, and promoted local economic development, thus forming a comprehensive development model that integrates the primary, secondary, and tertiary industry.

The company is actively exploring the construction of a new type of agricultural operation system, leveraging tourism to boost agricultural development and promoting the sustainable development of the integration of primary, secondary, and tertiary industry. It aims to build a comprehensive rural development model—known as the "Rural Complex"—that integrates modern agriculture, leisure tourism, and pastoral communities. In January 2023, the company transferred 150 mu of land in Lanfeng Village, Ligang Town, Helan County, and planned to develop leisure tourism projects including aquaculture, fishing, fruit and vegetable picking, and a family amusement park.

In 2023, the company initiated the construction of the second phase of the vegetable collection and distribution center project, covering an area of 63 mu with a total construction area of 10,900m2 and a total investment of 48.6 million yuan. The main functions of the second phase are the processing of semi-clean vegetables, clean vegetables, and prepared meals; it also includes the establishment of a digital platform, an intelligent platform, and a standardized training center.

In 2024, "Ningxia Xingyun Tian Supply Chain Technology Co., Ltd." and "Zhongwu (Ningxia) Cold Chain Logistics Co., Ltd." are established to engage in international trade and urban distribution services within and outside the region, aiming to achieve a sales revenue target of 500 million yuan, which will give the company's whole industrial chain development a boost; it also lays a solid foundation for the company's three-year plan to achieve the goal of the group company by 2026.

While developing itself, the company actively leads surrounding farmers to increase their income and prosperity. Through the "five-linkage" model of "village-enterprise linkage, industrial linkage, base-to-household linkage, shareholding linkage, and responsibility linkage," it has achieved the goal of "rent for land transfer, commission for contract management, dividend for cooperative management and bonus for over-production and over-quantity," ensuring that farmers share in the added value. In 2022, the company led farmers to cultivate 10,800 mu, with an average income of over 10,000 yuan per mu. The company employs over 60,000 laborers annually, with labor expenditures reaching over 10 million yuan.

Currently, the company has obtained multiple qualifications such as the record of foreign trade operators, customs import and export consignor and consignee record, and origin-destination certification record, enabling it to undertake various agricultural product import and export businesses, and has registered trademarks such as "Xingyun Tian," and "Jinshi Zhijiao". Since 2019, the company has been awarded the "Key Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" and "Leading Enterprise in Poverty Alleviation"by the Ningxia government, and "Leading Enterprise in Agricultural Industrialization" by Yinchuan City. The company's legal representative, Wei Xinmin, has also been awarded titles such as "Top Ten Farmer Entrepreneurs" in Helan County.
