Ningxia Tianfu Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. was established in 2003. On June 23, 2003, it was officially registered with the Industry and Commerce Bureau of Pingluo County, Ningxia. In the same year, an activated carbon production plant was built in Taisha Industrial Park, Pingluo County. The factory covers an area of 29,356 square meters.

In March 2005, it implemented share financing with the original Ningxia Honghua Activated Carbon Company, and formed a new Ningxia Tianfu Activated Carbon Co., Ltd. At the same time, it has obtained independent import and export management rights and ISO-9001 international quality certification. The integration of new shares has increased the development vitality of the enterprise and accelerated the pace of development of the enterprise. By 2012, the activated carbon production plant under the jurisdiction of the company has completed and put into operation 5 336-type Slep activation furnaces successively, and built 5 carbonization production lines and post-processing facilities such as impregnation, drying and crushing, which are matched with the activation capacity. The actual production capacity of the company's coal-based columnar activated carbon has been increased to 8000-10000 tons per year. At the end of 2020, the company was acquired by Ningxia Huahui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 871487). became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.
