Taking "serving and promoting domestic and international regional economic development" as its corporate mission, the company has linked national strategies such as the "Belt and Road", the Yangtze River Economic Belt, and the Western Development to jointly build a new Eurasian Continental Bridge.

In November 2020, Ningxia Business Investment Development Co., Ltd., Zhongwei High-tech Industrial Development Group Co., Ltd., and Luhai New Channel Operation Co., Ltd. jointly funded the establishment of Ningxia New Land-sea Corridor Operation Co.,Ltd with a registered capital of 20 million yuan, to jointly organize the development of Ningxia Nanxiang The channel construction, relying on the advantages of Zhongwei's geographical transportation hub, and the railway-sea combined transportation channel between Chongqing and Guangxi, will drive the development of the logistics trade between Ningxia and the twelve western provinces and cities, and create a dual-cycle economic model in Ningxia. Through the Ningxia regional operating company, the first is to focus on the new land-sea channel platform company, effectively combining railway, shipping and road logistics to achieve open and platform development, reduce logistics costs, improve logistics efficiency, and truly realize the opening of inland areas to the outside world; second It is a key node to open up existing transportation routes, enabling Ningxia's products to go out, realizing resource integration, and driving the development of regional supply chains and financial industries.
