1. Purpose and scope of use

         TD75 universal fixed belt conveyor (TD75 for short) is widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, building materials, mining, chemical industry, Ports and other departments are used to transport bulk materials or packaged items. It can be arranged in a horizontal or inclined form according to the process requirements.

         The temperature of the material conveyed by the TD75 belt conveyor is below 50 °C. The ambient temperature is between +40℃~-25℃. If corresponding protective measures are taken, it can also be applied to occasions with special requirements for explosion-proof, waterproof, anti-corrosion and heat-resistant and cold-resistant lamps.

2. Technical characteristics

         The bulk density of the material conveyed by the TD75 belt conveyor is below 2.5t/m³.

         This series can be divided into six specifications according to the bandwidth: 500, 650, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400mm.

         According to the belt speed, it can be divided into eight types: 0.8, 1.0, 1.25, 1.6, 2.0, 2.5, 3.15, 4.0m/s.

         DT Ⅱ, DT Ⅱ (A) fixed belt conveyors are general-purpose series products designed uniformly in China. Their main parameters and performance are in line with ISO international standards. They are widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, ports, electric power , building materials, chemicals, petroleum and other industries. The material is transported by a single machine or a multi-machine combined transportation system, which can transport various bulk materials and finished articles with a density of 500~2500kg/m³.

          This series of conveyors can meet the requirements of horizontal and inclined conveying, and can adopt the conveying form with the combination of convex arc, concave arc and straight line. The amount of material that the conveyor can convey depends on the width, belt speed, groove angle and inclination angle.

2. Product Specifications

         The idle speed range of this series is 0.8~6.5m/s, of which the common value is 0.8~5.0m/s.

Features and scope of application of DX steel wire core belt conveyor:

1. It is a high-strength belt conveyor, which is suitable for large-volume and long-distance transportation of bulk materials.

2. This series has seven kinds of bandwidths, five kinds of belt speeds and ten kinds of belt strengths.

3. It can transport materials with loose density β=0.8~2.5t/m³.

4. The working environment temperature is generally -20~40℃. In cold areas, the driving part should have heating conditions.

5. The conveying distance is long, the length of a single machine can reach several kilometers; the conveying capacity is large, and the conveying volume Q=400~9600m³/h.

6. The elongation of the conveyor belt is small, about 1/5 of that of the ordinary belt. The service life is 2~3 times longer than ordinary belts.

7. Can be used in open air, but use belt conveyor corridors or add protective cover as much as possible.

8. It can be used for horizontal transportation, inclined upward transportation and inclined downward transportation.

For the explosion-proof type (underground or workshop), it is generally only satisfied with horizontal transportation or transportation with a small inclination angle. The so-called small inclination angle refers to the inclination angle that does not generate electricity during the lowering operation and does not turn after the upper operation is stopped.

DTS, DTL and DTC colliery general fixed belt conveyors are used for the transportation of underground coal mine centralized transportation lanes, main inclined and hoisted, opencast coal mines and ground systems. It can be transported horizontally, obliquely and with concave and convex arcs, and can realize curved transport in the horizontal direction. The specially designed deep groove idler set can meet the requirements of large inclination angle of +28° for upward transportation, and the inclination angle for downward transportation can reach -18°. Materials can be transported by single or multi-unit transport systems.
